The hotel was a real 5-star experience for us. The rooms were luxury-designed, decorated to high specifications, very spacious, and immaculately clean. However, the service had some bumps with language barriers and extra charges for certain amenities. The location was perfect for relaxation but not ideal for exploring the old city center. The dining was good but pricey for what was offered. Overall, a luxurious stay with some minor drawbacks.

I had a luxurious stay at this hotel with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms featuring a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The service was impeccable, making sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. The dining experience was fabulous, offering a wide variety of high-quality breakfast items. The location was nice, right on the Camino trail ideal for starting a walk, but not in the heart of Vigo. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
